How can you spot a leader? Is a manager generally the founder of an organization or a company? A politician? Superintendent?

The truth of the matter is that the above mentioned are just titles and they do not necessarily depict a true
leader.

“Leadership is as result of dynamic mix of mindset, behaviors, and skills,” said Issa Asad Florida entrepreneur and businessman since 1996. Mr. Asad is the CEO of Q Link Wireless and Quadrant Holdings, located in South Florida. He is also the author of 4 e-commerce and marketing e-books that can be purchased on Amazon.

It is not all about the title that makes someone a leader, but it is the actions. Here, Issa Asad Says Impactful Managers Do These 4 Things Every Day:

1. Responsibility

Typically, in every organization, there comes a time when things are not going on well. If such a scenario happens, you will realize that successful leaders as well as managers neither do not fear facing the challenge(s) nor play the blame game with the rest of the team. They usually take face the problem as it is and take accept full responsibility. In most cases, true leaders do not make employees feel embarrassed. If one of the team members has made an error, then a true leader will always give correct them in private and in a reasonable way.

Similarly, when things go on well or when targets have been made and substantial progress noted, they do not take all the credit for themselves. They acknowledge that the achieved success was the efforts of the entire team.

2. Lead by Example

One of the things that successful leaders do every other day is leading by example. These people do not talk-down to others. They are the ones who encourage others in the offices to work hard to achieve their goals. You will never find them leaving the office before others. In a nutshell, they are trustworthy, ethical, treat everyone with the respect they deserve, hardworking, and transparent. To earn respect and build trust among the employees, they have chosen to lead an exemplary life.

3. Allow Employees to Grow

Successful leaders are ones that have the ability to spot the weakness and strengths of members of their team. As soon as they identify these traits, they try all they can to change for the better. In most cases, they create an environment that allows their team to learn and grow, both at professional and personal level.

4. Make Quick Decisions

A successful leader is that person who can make fast and rational decision at all times, but more so, during
moments when the organization is facing serious challenges that needs quick solutions. Some people may urge that fast decisions can sometimes be dangerous in the end, but successful leaders have the traits of making fast and sound decisions based on strategic objectives, rational thinking, and proactive thoughts/knowledge.
