Bezo takes risks in order to innovate the business model. He commented that Amazon comfortably plants seeds and waits for them to become trees. He further illustrated that they don’t focus on the benefits of the next quarter but on the customer’s satisfaction.
Another strategy that Amazon uses is the fact that you don’t need to give business information to the public, except when it is absolutely necessary. The firm did not inform the public on how many of the books it has sold. Moreover, it will not say how many employees it has.
