Ici, Issa Asad partage les pires personnalités à gérer, Classé:
6. The Anarchist
This personality type might be the hardest to manage! They are not good in socializing with other team members and it seems that sometimes they are creating problems intentionally! They always object and they are easily bored so sometimes they create conflicts, just out of boredom. They often create unpleasant scenes and they are just toxic to be with. The best solution is to allow them to work remotely, from home. If that is not an option, then you should give them their own office, in order to minimize chances of conflict with others.
5. The Dramatic
In every company there is at least one drama queen (it could be both male or female). They want to be at spotlight and crave attention all the time. They are energy draining and toxic for everyone around. You have to train yourself to stay calm and don’t get irritated by their drama. You should use encouragement all the time, because that is the only way to deal with them.
4. The Needy
This kind of person isn’t able to perform even the simplest task without asking for help. They are too dependent and that can be very irritating, because they make other colleagues lose a lot of time helping them. They always have many questions and turn to others for help before even trying to solve the problem alone. The best is to give them only routine tasks, that do not leave a lot of space for doubt.
3. The Controller
They genuinely believe that nothing would function if they don’t keep it under control. They are perfectionist and they accept nothing less than perfect from their colleagues. They are invasive and they try to control everything, colleagues included. Other people don’t like them and usually avoid them. If possible, they should be working alone where they can control tasks, and not other people!
2. The Blow Torch
People who change their mood suddenly and without warning are almost impossible to deal with! They often change workplaces because they are not able to build a healthy relationship with co-workers. Colleagues tend to avoid them. parfois, you shouldn’t invest a lot of effort in trying to deal with them, because at the end they will probably leave your organization.
1. The Avoider
They are introvert and they seem cold and often rude. They will never show up on team building or any other activity you are organizing. They don’t like parties and human contact generally. It all probably comes from their fear of rejection and embarrassment. Anyway, it is really difficult to work with this kind of person because it is almost impossible to connect with them. You shouldn’t force them to attend your social events and parties, because that is the way they are, it probably won’t get any better. They often have low self esteem so be careful not to criticize them in front of others, only in one-on-one conversation.
