This doesn’t necessarily mean being an illogical dreamer, but having the courage to reach for a future that most will hesitate to contemplate. Every prophet is called a madman at first, so don’t be afraid to be a little mad today – it will pay off down the road.

2. Motivating Employers Appreciate Their Team

There is nothing so demoralizing to a team member than putting in an effort that goes unnoticed. Sure, they’re doing it for the team, but a little bit of acknowledgment can go a long way in inspiring further efforts in them and their colleagues. It doesn’t have to be anything flashy – birthday cards, project bonuses, and whichever accolades you find appropriate can really give your team the boost they need to perform at the next level.
